if the condom breaks, yes
if she isn't consistent about taking the pill, yes
if the condom is put on AFTER the man is already aroused, he could have pre-c** on his penis that could get inside her.
If she JUSt started taking the pill, it takes at least one cycle before if is effective.
If she is taking antibiotics, it reduces the effectiveness of the pill.

The combination is generally a good one, but any little discrepancy can still cause pregnancy - a broken condom, a skipped pill...

Yes. Not likely, but possible. Think about it: Condoms are around 99% effective, and so is the pill. If you combine the two, you greatly minimize the chance of pregnancy, but you are still not at 100% effective.

Nothing is 100% full proof, so I would say that it depends on how long she have been on this pill and if she was taking them on time every day. Condoms do break , anything can happen. So yes it is possible.

YES!!! I had my daughter when on the pill and using condoms and I then had my son on the patch and condoms so very possible, Always depends. And yes i took the pills and patches regularly!

oh yes indeed. The pills may not have been taken right, the condom may have broken, and there is always the .1% chance. There is always a chance of pregnancy with sex.

Yes she can get pregnant. Also alcohol decreases the effectiveness of birth control. I know I got pregnant on the shot.

it is a very slim chance but it can happen. a friend of mine used the pills and a condom and she still ended up having a baby
