I was changing my sheets and i found a small bug on the crevice on my mattress. I search bed bugs and it didn't look like a bed bug. It had a long body with beige and brownish black stripes. What is this? Is it bed bugs?

I just recently found out what it is - a carpet beetle! It's the larva, actually. They love yummy natural fibers, and can usually be found mostly along the baseboards, etc. We have them too, and are just in the process of a major housecleaning and then we'll spray for them.

You wouldn't be able to see a bed bug.

there is just too many species of bugs to try to identify it without seeing it.

Use your vacuum attachment and vacuum your mattress and vacuum around your bed including under it. Just incase he left any friends around.

I wouldn't worry about it
