That depends on who your email provider is. The info can usually be found in the support/help section of the providers website. If its not there, the chances are that your provider does not support Pop3 access.

The best person to ask is your email provider, since, technically, the settings are theirs. If you have a web-based email account that allows POP then they will surely have a section that gives you instructions on setting up your POP and SMTP.

Hi,
Like everyone has saids, it depends who your email provider is. What I would do is find out if they provide a POP service by going on the site. If yes, the best thing to do is to get the email email provider's website address, let's say for example it is ntlworld.com, in that case it would be smtp.ntlworld.com and pop.ntlworld.com . If you don't kinow the address of the site, use the address after the '@' in your email address.
I hope I helped,
Jack D :)

Lets assume an an example that its BT and there DNS is BT.COM.
It is more than likely that POP will be:
POP.BT.COM
SMTP
SMTP.BT.COM
in Hull it is a company called Karoo.co.uk
Pop is
pop.karoo.co.uk etc etc etc.
Phone your ISP some ISP's have a slight variations
