In case I am not making myself clear I refer to having a small one at the front towards the front of the head.

Well i used o have a proper ace ventura till i got my noggin shaved, grow it long at the front and twist it a bit then brylcreem it whilst sandwiching it between your palms.

a small round brush and a hair dryer. Depending if you want it stiff or straight, use hair spray or a molding gell.

Basically use Red's answer, then experiment with how much flick and gel/wax/spray/other product works for your own hair.

With lots of hair and lots of hair gel. The first is important unless you have a wig!
