I just enrolled my 15 1/2 year old daughter in modeling school called Barbizon. Any opinions about this school? Do you know anyone that has attended?

I heard that they are a reputable school so your daughter is probably in a good school for modelling and acting, however if they are affiliated with the IMTA(International Modelling and Talent Agency) and is offered to go to new york or L.A for a modelling/acting auditions, be prepared to pay thousands of dollars for a slim chance of becoming a supermodel or actress

my advice: un-enroll her. look into other options. Or until you find other alternatives, try that for a little bit of practice, and experience. Im not sure where you live, but have you considered Ford Models if she wants to model?

ok my sister went there its a real rip off they will tell you that people have made it on magazines or whatever you wanna hear .no agency charges you if they think you can make it in modeling. your best bet would be go to audtions kemora lee has them alot in new jersey and new york go too baby phat and keep looking for when she is auditoning she will put it up on her site good luck!
