The only reed valve in the little trucklett is in the AIR system if it uses Pulse Air instead of an A.I.R pump (Smog).

I have no idea. Are you talking about the reed valve in the A/C compressor? If so then yes it might need one. But that wouldn't concern the carbueretor. Are you talking about a carb component? I'm not sure what would be considered a reed valve on a carb??
And I can't say that I've seen many 2 stroke trucks out there so you can't be talking about those reeds.

No.. Reed valve is a 2 stroke thing. Dirt bikes chain saws ect.
