after i had my tubal i experienced many changes in my bodily moisture. before the tubal i very rarely became "wet" and even my menstrual cycles were short and sparse. today i experience heavy bleeding durin menstruation and i too wake up with that moisture you're talking about. there have been many occasions that i thought i was pregnant because of all the little signs (sensitive to odors, feeling nauseous, cravings). i used to have to test a few times a year but not i just ignore those signs.
i think that after the tubal your body just starts changing. might be your age that causes the changes as well. its been over five years since i had mine done and i'm just now starting to feel more confident about the changes i've experienced.
if you're really that worried you can go to planned parenthood and request a blood test. it will cost more but your family doc will fight with you about giving a blood test. they prefer to stick to the urine test unless they have good reason otherwise. the blood test will give you100% assurance of your condition. until then live like you're pregnant. best to be safe. if/when you find out you aren't then learn to live with the changes of your body. i won't downplay your concern because i was real scared myself when this stuff was happening to me. i know you didn't pee in bed. a woman knows her own body. just be specific when you see your doc. he/she will hopefully give you some explanation. if not, see another doc.

I would say that it is possible!! A tubal ligation has about a 99.99% rate of effectiveness...however, that 'one in a million' does happen!!
If you feel like you could be in labor, even if you aren't pregnant, there is something going on that needs to be checked out!
Are the pains coming and going like in labor? (i assume you've done this before...)
I don't understand how it's possible, but I do know of quite a few cases where a woman didn't know she was pregnant until she was about to go into labor, or until a baby appeared!! Shocking, but possible!
I suggest heading to the doctor or an emergency room and get checked out.
If it is a pregnancy, good luck with your very surprising baby!
If not, I hope you are ok!!

Go to the doctor again...or the ER. That sounds like it is something that needs to be checked.

Go see another doctor and make sure it isn't an ectopic pregnancy. It's very serious. Good luck.
