Early signs of Pregnancy:

Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom

These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.

Nausea, Tired, Cold like symptoms. Upset Stomach, Fever ect.

I was tired, I felt nauseated and sick, I felt this lump like feeling in my upper stomach. My breast were some what tender. Every woman's body go through similar things. Some times you feel really great through your pregnancy, and sometimes you feel like staying in your bed because you feel sick. What ever symptoms you are feeling we woman that have kids have felt them either in the beginning middle or end of our pregnancy. I hope that this have helped you.

Mine....I was sooooo tired. That was my only symptom that early. After a few more weeks my chest began to grow & hurt.
