i need to change my door mirror lens on my bmw e39,does it just pull off?i dont want to damage anything!!?

tried to gently pull off seams to be reluctant to come off!!

Take it to a garage , its not worth the risk of causing more damage at BMW prices.

have you just cracked the mirror? If so you can sometimes buy replacement mirrors that just stick over the cracked one and it is a lot cheaper and simpler?

buy a replacment mirror that fits over your broken one , hallfords or local car shop sell them , looks same when fitted
