why u cant name any folder anywhere on computer " con " ?

try it ur self make newfolder and try to name it "con " !!!!

Because it is a DOS reserve word for "console". Although you can do this:

STEP1: goto command prompt
STEP2: type in prompt e:\> ((mkdir \\.\c:\con))
STEP3: verify by typing ((dir \\.\c:\con))
STEP4: delete the file or folder ((rmdir \\.\c:\con))
Note::Not necessary for to go only C:,u can create in any Drive.

Because "con" was an old DOS command...Microsoft just never took it out.
