You can look at names and descriptions of the elements of the product you are selling, water balloons, yoyo, and swirls of color. Swirls of color for instance, might make you think of a kaleidoscope. The word "swirl" brings to mind the term "swirly" which might give you a humorous twist to add to the water balloon part of the theme. The action of your creation, bobbing up and down, might also give you ideas. By looking at a variety of such terms for the elements of your creation, you can work to fit different parts of them together, til you come up with a theme that is catchy, describes the product or hints at the purpose of the product. Then say a few of the names you are thinking of to yourself, to see which ones are easy to say, have a rhythm to their sound, and are likely to be a name that people will remember.
For example, you could think of names such as Kaleidoswirl, or Swirly-yo, Rainbowyo, or Kaleidowhirl, etc. Those names are rhythmic and give an idea of the product and its purpose.
