I had the same problem myself and someone told me to use buffing compound. It worked pretty good, but they did not look brand new. I guess it depends on how fogged over they are. Good luck!

it really is amazingly undemanding to shine the headlights decrease back to being sparkling. because the previous posts suggested - get plastic polish, and that i guidance a buffer pad applicator for the first area. once you do it, be careful - it really is more effective perfect to spend an hour gently sharpening than ten minutes scrubbing puzzling - puzzling scrubbing can decrease into the plastic too right away, hazing them more effective. I polished the headlights on a Caravan utilising plastic polish generously utilized to a drill-fixed buffing pad, and putting the drill speed to low and easily operating the polish decrease to and fro for 5-10 minutes, washing, checking my artwork, then persevering with till they were crystal sparkling. particular the polish flung everywhere, yet it really is what backyard hoses and automobile wash liquid is for!

If its fogged over headlights from moisture inside, all I did to mine was drill a 1/8" hole right in the bottom corner of the plastic headlight, and"PRESTO" no more fogged headlights.
You can even put a dab of silicon over the hole later if you want.
It worked for me.

If you are talking about the plastic being discolored on the outside, 3-M brand medium rubbing compound will clean off most of it.
