Well, to me the term 'dynasty' means that a family's involvement has spanned generations. So, my picks would be:
Petty (Lee, Richard, Kyle, Adam)
Earnhardt (Ralph, Dale, Dale Jr.)
Wallace (Rusty, Kenny, Mike, Steven)
Labonte (Terry, Bobby, Justin)
Jarrett (Ned, Dale, Jason)

I kinda think in terms of familys:
The Earnhardts and the Pettys being the best of the best. As for indiviuals I really like yours minus Jeff Gordon, hes still racing and could really add to his career. I would replace him with Bill Elliott because even though he still races here and there hes pretty much retired and he was such a fan favorite. Or maybe Darrell Waltrip. I would add the Waltrip family but Michael seems to be a better own then driver lately.

I believe that Tony Stewart is also up there, and then had Davey Allison not had been killed I think he would be up there too.

I would have to agree completely with you!!! I am a huge fan of the sport, and yes, it is a sport. Usually tho, not many fans agree on a whole lot, which is one of the things I like about being a Nascar fan!!! There is always something to talk about!!!
