actually it takes more energy to get and stay angry but it takes less energy to be angry and still polite...especially when you have the satisfication of totally confusing the person you're angry at by being nice to them.

i am not sure about energy but it does take alot of restraint and will power.....it is very easy to just start yelling and going off the deep end but it is hard to be nice in a bad situation!!!!!

I cannot think when I am angry, they told me to count 10, but sometime did count 1,235 to get over my angry
