What does the girl from The Grudge wear?

I want to dress up for Halloween as the girl from The grudge. I thought she wore black but I just read somewhere that for the costume I should wear a white dress. Any advice on how to make this costume perfect??

Looks to me like she's wearing a simple white dress. run a google image search and see what comes up.

I think she has on a hospital gown.
