Not a whole movie, though there are some where I have to switch off certain scenes.

One of the worst is Poltergeist. I have to leave the room during the crawling chicken/ maggot covered steak scene..where the guy looks in the mirror and claws chunks out of his face...YIIEEEE!!!!!!!!!

No not any more but when I was younger I was such a wimp! When I was about 8 my friend put sleepy hollow on, and wouldn't let me out of the room or turn the film off. I was so scared I had nightmares for days and had to have a bucket next to my bed lol. I was physically shaking :S I watched it again the other day and was just like, is this it?!
Another film I hated was the Ring, it was funny cause me and my friends were watching it, and another one of my friends came half way through the film. We were all like OMG it's a fly, it's the tree and she was like WTF!! It was so funny, but I had to hide under my duvet!!
However now I can sit through anything. One of my faves is Saw 2, it's so not as gory as I expected. I'm just wondering what the 3rd one will be like!

Good question BTW (sorry if I've rambled on)!!

let's see, it all started in 2nd grade when for halloween we got to watch garfield's halloween and the ghosts scared the buh-jesus out of me! or it could have been the year before when my oldest sister left the book IT out and i read it. i stay away from horror movies all the time. i'm such a wimp sometimes the spoof movies will freak me out (the scary movies series, when the did the creepy looking girl, yikes!). but for some reason i really like seven, and the usual suspects and a few others that are more violent/scary than i would normally like.

yes, i am a wuss and i don't really care!

I read the book first, so I was prepared to watch the movie. One movie I couldn't sit through...The Ring. I've seen it a few times now, but the first time I had to leave the room. :)

The Ring movies were pretty intense. I can't say I couldn't finish watching it but it was pretty damn weird. Well actually there is one movie I just remembered was Butterfly Effect. I don't know what it was about that movie but it caused me to have my first panic attack. I think I was just real confused or distracted or something but yeah that movie I couldn't finish watching.
