I think I would be more inclined to believe he was genuine if he didn't wear expensive looking jewellery, i.e. he's in it for the money more than anything else. But be honest, he's right sometimes isn't he? SOMEtimes.

Firstly, I have to clarify that I do believe in ghosts etc having seen one myself, so I'm not going to jump on the bandwagon that says they're all frauds. Re: Derek Acorah... You know, for a little while I believe his hype - but that was because I'd never seen any other medium before. Now that David Wells is on Most Haunted and making his point in a very non-chalant way without any dramatics, I realise how much Derek overacts! Yvette Fielding herself said on the radio that she only knows one genuine medium - and something tells me it's not Derek!

Bleurrgh! he's a horrible creepy little git... he's so fake its like watching a pantomime. he must be a hell of a clever bloke to remember all that stuff but it can be done using psychological memory aids. apparently they caught him looking up information on a laptop in the loo's at one of the Most Haunted locations.
I don't know if i beleive in mediumship at all. i do think that ghosts are possible, 'anima loki' and all that stuff but the way some of the mediums go on *yawn*
of course in saying that, I'll still be watching most haunted live tonight :D Is it just me or was david wells looking thoroughly doable yesterday? Poor stuart why do they always go for him. *evil cackle*

I worked with a medium once, a REAL medium who was gifted, Derek Acorah talks big talk, but if you REALLY know what youre looking for, thats all it is, talk :)

He was believable when he was on the Granada channel in the afternoon.
But now, it's gone way out of proportion.
Why did he not have any horrid ghosts on the afternoon show?
Some of it I believe and some I don't.
I've had people in my family who have seen ghosts.
