I say women because I believe them to be guilty of this sin, as I define it, more often than men. In the name of good taste and my sanity, why must so many of you actually encourage the untalented to express themselves at my possible expence? Knock it off, I implore you.

Not a clue, if I can't see any potential with practice I'll tell them they need to find something else before my ears/eyes drop off/out.
