ok while you cannot control what she is doing or how far she goes when she does it, you can, as a friend talk to her and tell her that you are concerned about her and her safety. I mean honestly, there is not only children to worry about. Less and less these days relationships with young teens are steady and without cheating or anything like that, and she should also be thinking of the possiblilty of std's and things like that. and remind her that not all std's are curable. and if that dont work, maybe try talking to her parents, or a school counselor about her behavior. but just be sure not to make it seem like you are judging her or putting her down in any way. just let her know that you are concerned and that you would hate to for something bad to happen to her.

You can definitely talk to her as an older friend. 14 is pretty young, and can be persuaded to do almost anything. You can approach her by telling her how much you care. I would also talk to the parents out of concern. After you have done everything you can, she might turn around and then again might not, but you know you did everything possible to help another human being. My hat off to you, not many people would go through the trouble. You are a good person.

First of all where are her parents. Yes as an adult you should say something. Just put it to her as advice if she does not want to listen then there is nothing you can do accept tell her parents if they are around. Don't say it is not your business because it takes a village to raise a child. Her parents are clearly not picking up on what you see.

We can't force others to take the advice we give. Keep trying she might listen.
