If you are not in pain, you are not experiencing visual changes, nor any drainage, then I would suggest using a cold compress today , it very well may go away on its own. If not, then I would call an ophthalmologist office tomarrow and schedule an appointment. You may have a clogged tear duct, or a sty...or just an allergy irritation going on.

you don't want to take chances with your eyes, it's not the same as a swollen knee or a sore back. You shouldn't put it off and hope it goes away on it's own. See a doctor soon!

Consult a physician, right away. You may have a minor irritation, but your vision is too precious to take risks with.

I am not sure what part you are asking about. It could be a sty.
They are usually pretty painful and can cause swelling.

Are you referring to your eye LID or the eye itself????? I'll wait for you to add this information. My answer to you depends on it.
