i would believe it look at how fat many people are here in the usa and lots of the people eat at minimum 3 times awwek at mcdonalds. I for one think there food is gross

Yes they have...You have to remember that we're talking about over the course of several decades. Plus, McDonald's is the #1 owner of real-estate in the world, which means that they have more outlets to serve more people (into the millions) at the same time.

Yes! There is a McDonald's in just about every city you can think of. Billions and billions served.

Well, there's 300 billion people in the United States currently and I don't know anyone who hasn't been to McDonald's. Plus you have all the people around the world. Then think of how long McDonald's has been around and all the people who are dead who have been to McDonalds.

In the early 60's was the first time I ever saw that sign, it said the same thing then. My guess is that they probably have served billions.

Well, they have literally hundreds of restaurants around the world and they are the #1 fast food restaurants. So my answer is yes.

Probably. It is the most common fast food restaurant anywhere in the world. Also, the "M" is the most recognizeable corporate logo in any country.
