Get over it! some white folks such as myself, choose to put a little extra back and the company matches it. If I would have kept breeding and had 17 kids with 17 different unknown fathers I probably wouldn't be able to put as much back, after seeing how some of the "whities" I worked with were laid off, so affirmative action could get more "ethnic" employees who are not even qualified to do the jobs they were hired to do, your question both offends me and makes me sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
