Up to you.
UK opens up part of the EU to you, and will probably be transferable in Canada / USA.
USA opens up NAFTA to you, and is probably recognised worldwide.
Canada is recognised in Commonwealth countries (UK Included), same for Australia.

It depends on what degree you want to get. If u r looking 4 a degree in medicine or biological sciences, i am sure that UK is the best in the world. However not all universities in UK are rated good and excellent. Some top class universities like oxford, cambridge, imperial, UCL , Kings College london etc give you a degree of international fame. If you are looking forward to do a course in computer sciences and other fields like astronomy, physics and other stuff, better you go 4 USA. If you want to have a good look at the university ranking and other stuff I recommend you visit thes.co.uk for a better guidance...all the best

You can get a college degree in both countries, but the question is which country or culture is the most adequate for you. You need to do some research on the cultural features both countries exhibit. Both countries have excellent universities where you can pursue your academic goals.
