What are the jobs in expansion in USA?
I mean, what are the good opportunities for foreigner in USA? (college degree)

I don't know what you mean by "expansion"? Do you mean growth areas?
Anything medical - our population is aging, so there are many healthcare opportunities. In fact, the demand for skilled nurses is much higher than the graduation rate here.
Skilled labor can almost always find an opportunity - if your degree is in something else, be creative in your search. The big job boards - Monster, hotjobs, etc are a good place to look. As well as large companies in your industry. You will probably need to find a large company for sponsorship.

That depends on how specialized your degree is and how much experience you have. My wife has a BS in Advertising and marketing and is working in the development of office of an Ivy league college. If you can get into the education system, you've pretty much got it made. Corporate opportunities can be extremely competitive and are not always the best environments to start in.

Depends what your degree is in and what skills you have. USA is filled with opportunity for hard working people.
In the USA, being hard working is just as important as your college degree. Personality is also important so consider volunteering. It is a good way to learn new skills and highlight your personal character.
