When he first took over the route (I had a lovely maillady that use to pick up my packages) When he 1st started I GAVE HIM $20. cash and asked him to please scan my packages, and @ Xmas time he will b rewarded again.

I put Delivery confirmation on all my packages, the MAILLADY USE TO SCAN in every package, this way if any of my customers have any problems I can least show them a # and that it was picked up from my house.

I gave the maillady $100. at Christmas time, I sell on E-Bay and for the agravation I would get from buyers saying" Where's my Package" it was well worth the 100.00.

He scaned them about 3 times and then he stopped and I sent him a notes explaining how important it is for my packages to be scanned, E-Bay Cust. can give you Neg if there not happy.


Enough Negitives and your out of business, I explained this all to him and he still doesn't scan them in, scanning consists of running a scanner over packages when there picked up. Nothing more...

it's CHRISTMAS! give a lil more, perhaps with a note attached.. he'd prolly improve on his service... if he's unhappy... he prolly wont ever scan your packages again.

Give him what you feel he deserves based on his performance,
no more or no less. That should answer your question.
