yes but you need 1.5 firmware. get a program called Fastloader.
put it in your PSP/GAME folder and run it from the psp. Click dump umd or whatever and it will have a fake warning thing, then it will copy your umd onto your memstick. then run it with fastloader by pressing O. keep it legal and don't download full games off the internet

I'm not sure if you're talking about a game that comes from a UMD disk. But I do know that you can download games onto your PSP via PSP wireless internet, or to load the game from your computer. But the game has to be designed for PSP.
