The smile on my children's face when they say "I love you daddy", Praying to God makes me find joy and happiness in him also, it is important for me to spend time in God's Word every day as well. I am thankful the Lord Jesus Christ is in my life.

Love from and for Jesus is a great happiness booster! I am always happy when my husband is relaxed and happy, when my parents cope reasonably with their dementia without complaining (to me), and when my siblings don't 'have a go' at me due to their guilt at not visiting their parents. Happiness is always available by looking at pictures of my grandchildren (if I can't see or talk to them - they ae many miles away). Happiness is also on tap every time I look at my dogs - they have totally unconditional love - they are such a comfort and joy. Happiness is always available - if you are down and sad - talk to Jesus.Honestly, he will help, but not necessarily in letting you win the lottery! Many blessings to all.

For me, my husband, our dog and knowing there is a god in heaven because he gave me the best husband in the world who then got me the dog I have wanted most of my life and then he put us all together over the years and that has made me really happy.

For the past three years nothing. My wife who was my best friend passed away and have not found much happiness since then. I still feel anger towards God for what he has done.

Seeing my baby boy and my hubby smile and laugh, and also being healthy. There is nothing more rewarding and important in life. And also being able to pay the bills at the end of the month - speaking of which - it is payday today!!
