Wear a sweat suit and pin peices of clothes all over, like socks and stuff, then pin fabric softener sheets all over, you are static cling!!

If you want a good costume, you are too late since Halloween is tomorrow. All of the good cheap ones are probably gone by now. Way to procrastinate on buying a costume, though. That's awesome.

Go to the dollar store. By a bunch of stuff that looks ridiculous together. Put on a really short skirt if you are a girl. Put on some ridiculous looking shirt if you are a guy.
You win. This is seriously what I did this Halloween.
Of course, I do not know how old you are/why you are asking. If you are trying to find something for your kid or something like that, then I suggest buying a mask, and then buying black clothing. Scary.

Go to a grocery store and buy the small boxes of cereal that come in the package. Tape the boxes on a shirt and stain the shirt with red ( from a marker, food coloring, etc. ). Then tell everyone you are a cereal killer.

Go through your closet and put on the cheapest, tackiest outfit. put on a lot of makeup and go as a cheap floosey.
