You cant die , or get sick from that.

I'm changing now , But for the past 3 months , I've been eating less than that , But Have her see a doctor , talk to her..Tell her how you feel.

When you say Indian is that native American? You know yogurt is good for the intestines . You should sit down with your mom and let her know how you feel and to help you, you should ask your Mom to go get a check up at the doctors and maybe take you along. This way you can feel better hearing it right from the doctor. I am a mother who has lost lots of weight and had serious illnesses. Heart bypass x5 a stint placed in aorta diabetes ect. However by eating the right foods and staying active I am now healthy and ready for life again. Bless you I hope all goes well.

That sounds like a bizarre diet but 14kg translates to about 30 pounds so loosing that over 6 -7 months averages about a pound ad week which is what is recommended as a good weigh loss goal. Her nutrition may be off however, I truly am inclined to think this is you and you are trying to get a shock or sympathy or whatever from folks.

I'll have to admit this doesn't sound like the healthiest diet. But at the loss of 14kg over 6-7 months it isn't a drastic weight loss. She should be incorporating more fruit and veg in her diet. She will not be able to keep this up the rest of her life and will easily gain the weight back when she goes back to normal. I would encourage her to eat a more balanced diet.

i think you should talk to your mom and tell her how you are feeling, i know it may be hard to do but trust she will respect you for doing it and if she sees that it is causing you pain she may stop, if you are really nervous you could write her a letter that might make it easier to get out everything you have to say. Good Luck.
