Check out Job sites - I know Monster.com and other big ones (I'm pretty sure HotJobs.com does too) has a section that will give you the most common questions and tips to answering them.

(My greatest strength is my ability to communicate with people. My greatest weakness is that I like to!)

Oh - and you can go register with any of the big temp agencies like Kelly - they will help you get ready for onsite interviews. And if you are in school, there are usually people in the career center who can help.

Remember - when you are interviewing, you do want to put your best foot forward. You want to be positive (no slamming your last employer!) and truthful and INTERESTED - take the time to learn about the company you are interviewing with and the job you are interviewing for. Go to their website and do 20 minutes of looking around. What is the company philosophy? You should be able to tie it into your skills. And have a couple of relevant questions - that don't have to do with the interview process.

Best of luck
