why many of us use Short Pants And Jacket in same times ?

to seem cool. Today's society is so induced in how they look, to them it is a need to look good and be cool with everyone. I wear short pants and a jacket sometimes too, because it's warm outside, but my arms are cold. I might even do that in winter on a bet. or not.

It's in style to wear it. Plus this is fall.....some people wear shorts and a thin jacket in warm areas.....

Legs have more blood circulating through them causing them to be much warmer. Arms however do not have that adavantage, and so tend to get colder the longer we are out and about.

If it is chilly I can stay warm if my legs are bare(short pants) IF my arms are covered but I don't stay AS warm if my legs are covered and my arms bare. Do you suppose it is that way with other people, too?
