Am I right in thinking theres a way of making everything appear larger if I change the screen resolution?

Right click over your desktop and choose 'properties'. then click the apperance tab. then font size near the bottom.

If you have re sized your text then changing the screen resolution to 800 by 600 is probably the last resort.

To do this right click anywhere on your desk top (start up screen) go to properties, settings and where you see screen resolution slide the bar to 800 x 600 and apply. Everything on your screen will be much larger but you may need to scroll a lot more to see websites fully.

Yes, changing the screen resolution, to 800 by 600, will make everything larger. To make the text larger, hold down the Ctrl key, and turn the wheel on your mouse..

Yep you can reduce the screen resolution to make things bigger. Maybe 800x600 is a good choice.

You could also try the Accessibility Options applet in control panel,this has options for bigger icons etc..

i am sure ther is also a onscreen magnifier also

if you have a mouse with a wheel hold ctrl and move wheel text size will change
