Rock chic is hot right now. If I was going to that party I'd be wearing a denim skirt, black tights and a rock tee. Have fun at the party :)

well remeber it's in someones house so if they have new carpets you might have to take your shoes/boots off so you have to consider if your outfit will still look good without shoes/boots. If wearing shoes/boots is okay then i would suggest jeans and a smart top but casual. Not too dressy. House warming parties are pretty laid back unless it's a Buckingham Palace !

Something that makes you feel like a million dollars. Dont get a new outfit as you will feel uncorfortable in something you are not used to wearing. Not too smart but not too casual. Jeans and smarter top half is always a good bet. Heels if you are a girl. DO NOT wear trasiners if you are a boy!

Wear jeans and some stylish t-shirt or if you`re going to be cold in a new house a turtle neck with some nice earings;boots if you got one. Have fun.

Dress comfortably, but nice. House warmings are typically casual.

If you want to make a hit with your gift and it's a first time home owner, give them one of those stepstool toolboxes and a screwdriver with interchangeable bits. They'll use them forever.

Clothes!

I once went to a new neighbours housewarming party, and it was one of their friends 30th Birthday. They had organised a stripogram for her. Unfortunately he did not turn up and I was press ganged into being the stripper. I was a lot younger then fit and tanned as I used to windsurf a great deal. I went home and put on a shortie wet suit, and as was pulled of me well my shorts underneath came off with it straight away. Ravished by all these women. Heaven.....

Something low cut on top with a short skirt or leather and high stylish boots. Classic look that is sunny and bright and uplifting.
