yes it is very healthy they have a bean burrito and I checked it doesn't use animal fats in the refried beans it is all vegetarian.
They have a 7 layer burrito that is delicious made with rice and beans and lettuce tomato and cheese. That is very good.

Lets see,... if it has all the food groups....
Meat - chicken or beef
Veggies - lettuce
Dairy - cheese
Grains - Taco shells
Fruits - Apple empanadas
Sounds healthy to me... " Yo Quiero Taco Bell"
The 1/2 lb menu is great and the price is right too!

Not really, the grease they use is not so good for you if a lot is consumed, but going there time to time will not hurt you, all the time may cause you to gain weight and might make you sick.

Yeah....
all the fat soaked meat by-product... and the lard based re-fried beans... all with a dollop of sour cream... fake melted cheese...and some guacamole!!!
