I'm 28 and I'm much happier now than I was in high school/college. I think you become more self-assured as you age and stop caring what other people think.

Now that I am 35 I get that a lot of that in conversations. Sure childhood is nice, all your life in front of you but I wouldn't trade it. I remember school, classes, exams, the 19 months in army service (In Greece it's an obligation), all the crap jobs you have to do. No way i would go through that again
Now I have a partner for 6 years with a very good relationship, my own business, a few really good friends and my life is in a good track

Yes, life improve with age, if every year added to your life is a year of learning not wasting. that every year, you had achieved certain goal and level of maturity. that every year of mistakes turned into positive actions the next year. Yes, truly life begins at 40. enjoy life while it is there, but learn to number your days as if it's your last so you'll not waste every day but be thankful to God you're still alive and have time to enjoy and learn for the good of yourself and the people around you.

your quality of life improves with age because things that are big deals to young people really amount to nothing to older people. The best time of your life is now so enjoy it while you can.

In some respects life does improve with age, while in other respects it stinks on ice to get old. The secret of life is enjoying the passage of time.

If with age you gain ... health, money & love.. then aging is more enjoyable than youth.. in youth.. you are usually missing one or two of these at a time..so you don't quite get the full effect..

I wouldnt want to go back to the youth yrs, and I dont want to grow old either....So, where Im at is where Id like to stay...thats not gonna happen is it?
I have enjoyed my 30s the most, even with the pain and illness Ive lived with. I wouldnt want to go back to school, I wouldnt want to go back to my 20s when I raised stepkids, and I dont want to be old....so Im stuck in the middle.

I feel that the older you get the wiser and disciplined you get and you tend to give more thought into your decisions. When you are young you tend to just do things spontaneously and without much thought therefore causing problems for yourself. I love life more now that I know how to look down the road.
