Indian Magazines or Newspapers that pay for reader's letters?

Though I am not sure about India, I have been informed that there are many magazines around the world that pay for reader's letters.

Payment for stories or articles, yes. For letters-none.

I don't think you will find any newspaper or magazine in the world, not just in India, that will pay for readers letters. The whole point of them is to encourage debate and interaction, so paying for them just isn't ethical.
