Depends on if there is that sexually urge or temptation with that person. If they like you and you dont like them like that, then def not. Or if you like them but they havent really expressed intrest but you have a glimmer of hope that maybe you too could get together then I would also advise not. However if there is nothing between you two and you think that they are the kind of person that will take it at face value then why not right? Ultimately it depends on how the timing works out also. sure, people surely dont need a reason to say something mean. So I love to tell people nice things that I think about them...its a good habit to get into. A compliment from a stranger is a really great thing, and saying something nice about someone doesnt happen enough in our cold world today.

Well, it depends on the person. For the most part, I try to practice random acts of kindness in other ways like just being pleasant and polite.

I try to go out of my way if I think a person is wearing someting nice, did something cool, or is just plain awesome...it doesn't matter if I know them or not...I'm sure they think I'm strange though.

i seen a guy the other week get out of 1 of the coolest cars on the road,aston martin DB9.i went up to him & congratulated him.i dnt know him from adam but i felt the need to express myself.thats the kinda thing i do

Not usually, but if I meet someone who obviously thinks they are Not Cool, I try to make them feel good about themselves.

Sure why not. I went 2 my best friend homecoming game and I saw this guy with blue hair and I told him I want him to do my hair color that way and I got his number. He's now my boyfriend and both our hair is blue.
