*There's not much you could do because you'd never be able to prove it.*

As much as I would like to think you are just a random crazy and everything is perfectly fine in America right now, I cannot discount the unfortunate possibility that you are not a paranoid delusional and what you are describing is really happening.

They watch everyone's phone records now, so don't feel singled out about that. As for undercover agents, what have you done to deserve that? The government does not ruin random people's lives at random, only people like Valerie Plame who speak out against their policies. Whatever you did to get them this pissed, keep at it!

Fight back peacefully by refusing to obey. And if at all possible, collect enough evidence against these suckers and bring them down in a court of law! Make sure you publicize this: there would be nothing better than winning a case like this to wake up some of the brainwashed public.

If you feel your life is in danger, get across the Canadian border and apply for political asylum.

The option of branding anyone with a story like yours as crazy is very reassuring: How could it possibly be true? Unless there is something wrong with our government... The unwillingness of people in general to accept inconvenient truths will mean you will have few allies. Still, remember that you are just as human as a Republican slave and the possibility of you yourself being crazy would count as an inconvenient truth which could be subconsciously blocked. Find and prove the truth, whatever it is.

They wouldn't spend that much time and effort an a boring everyday person like you so try real hard to get over yourself. Secondly what they'd hear is the latests football scores and talk, who's gonna bring the beer to the next game, and the hot lady I saw at the grocery store today!

What you done in your life, girl?
Seriously now there is nothing much you can do. If a secret service wants to learn about you they will do it.
In most western countries it's a law that every conversation we have with phones and emails we send is beings archived for a period of time. If something like that happened to me, if i had nothing to worry about, i would ignore it. I would even try to make them thing that I love so much my country, that the president never does anything wrong and bull**** like that

Yeah, like the government really has the time or inclination to ruin some nobody's life just for the heck of it. That's what's known as a "bad B-movie plot".

That story reminds me of this lady who walked up to my house once, wearing a parka in August, who wanted to rent out our porch because the letters in her mailbox were oppressing her...

Sounds like a good "X-Files" episode. But, in reality, this seems farfetched. Personally, I would have no problems if the government had been listeing to my phone conversations. Only people who have something to hide should be afraid..very afraid.

the government will always do what they want, there is no stopping them, unless we decided that we ALL, and by all I mean the entire human race, took them out! But since that will never happen, ya just gotta deal with it...you can get a lawyer, but its still the government...good luck!

You need a Search Warrant to tap your phone. A Judge has to issue the warrant, so there's a paper trail. If not, contact an attorney.

A bit paranoid aren't we? Basically look at this way the government has enough tech to snoop on you no matter what you do, so just accept that and move on.

If I was a terrorist plotting to kill hundreds of Americans, I would be pissed. Why would they investigate your whole life unless there was something to investigate? No one but you can make you look crazy...

They'd be very bored with my phone conversations, and I would thank them immensely for wasting the tax dollars I worked so hard to earn, because paying our armed forces a living wage is too intelligent.
