Refrigerate jumper and peel off excess wax . Then use very absorbent paper towels on both sides and press with a hot iron. The paper will suck out the rest of the wax. Do it until the paper shows no staining when you press.Be careful to check what the jumper is made of. You do not want too hot an iron if it is a delicate material such as cashmere wool. Put a little washing up liquid where the stain was. It will disolve whatever traces of wax remain in the material. Finally wash by hand with a good quality detergent. Good luck.

Brown paper, the sort you wrap parcels with. Put the dull side to the candle wax and iron the shiny side. The candle wax should melt into the paper.

The only home remedy I know of is to use a warm iron with a pad of white paper towel to absorb the melted wax. I tried chemical (store bought) remover once and it made a hole.

I take it you meant WAX? Put the jumper in a plastic bag, then put it in the freezer for several hours, it should then just "crumble" out of the knitted material.. worked for me.

first i would scrape off all that you can with a coin, and then cover the spot with a cotton cloth (on both sides) and run a warm iron over it... the cloth will soak up all the wax..
Hope this helps
