Plus, the Xbox 360 is developed by America's own Microsoft Co.. The Wii is nice because of their intuitive controller (which I believe will bring many new concepts in game design). The HUGE library of older Nintendo, Genesis, and NEC games will be very nice too. The price is also relatively low. Now, the PS3 is going to be the b**** of Microsoft and Nintendo. Why? Well, there are many reasons. First, Sony is getting WAY to cocky about their "superiority". They think they can outsell Microsoft and Nintendo in a market of high priced products. They are SO confident, they set their price sky high! Now, the first batch sold out, but now that the hard core gamers have their systems, the rest of the casual gaming world will laugh at the price tag. This means less support in the future, due to a smaller market. The Playstation 3 is also VERY hard to program for. Programmers are already complaining of the difficulty of the system's architecture. This would probably mean, games with more bugs and less innovation. Another problem with the PS3 is that they are going to have MANY titles shared with the Xbox 360 due to their similar processing power. So why buy both?

I will buy the wii. It seems like it will be a return to form for nintendo. By return to form, I mean they are doing something crazy that no one else has done.

Also, it will be cheaper, and have tons of great looking games at launch. The 360 is also a must have, if for nothing else, the Oblivion and Halo 3 (whenever it arrives)

In my oppinion the ps3 looks like a scam. There are great graphics, but thats about all. The games look like crappy dramatic remakes of crappy dramatic anime.

I already have an xbox360 and have preordered the Wii. I won't be buying the PS3. Mainly because all my fav games are only available on one of those two systems, and, the PS3 at $600.00 is not worth it.

Wii, nintendo fan forever. Plus nintendo is always starting the revolution. joystick on the controller (N64), four players (N64), wireless controllers (Gamecube), now you actually have to get off your behind and play.
