4 = 2*2
28 = 2*2*7
30 = 2*3*5
47 = 47

4 , 28 , 30 are all even numbers ( can be divided by two) so....

47 must be the prime ....

A prime number is a number that only it and itself fits into without any remainders. There is alot of dividing to find a prime number. Its alot easier if you take the time to memorize the prime numbers. prime numbers 1-30:1,3,5,7,11,13,17,19, 23,29,
Those are probably the ones that you will run into most.
