Good one. Then again the people who deserve to be up there, would probably like the notoriety. So... maybe not. Unless, if you get on it, you can't do anything for a week. You get blocked and they should put your avatar face in one of those old time fools block. You know where you're head and hands go through in the center of town? Haha! I just pictured that. Maybe it's cruel, but some people on here are just that.

I think that it would get abused and you would end up hurting some people who really are serious with there questions and answers. Besides who is going to be judge and jury on this one?
I would not want to choose someone for that and make them feel bad.
