Guess that's up to you to decide. You believe what you want to believe!
I know people who believe that if you find a random white feather it means you've been visited by your guardian angel.Which I think is a lovely idea!
Personally I need more proof, but each to their own!

Nice and simple: NO. The only reason people believe in them is because certain brain-washed Christians give mythical beings credit for everything. Although they may feel that this is comforting, it is illogical, will not protect them (creating a false sense of security, thus making them more vulnerable to danger) and removes credit the work that other human beings do to help you.
• "Oh I didn't die in the car crash because a nice little dead man/woman with wings protected me". Nonsense. The reason that person didn't die was the result of months of hard work designing high-tech safety equipment for cars. But do people go around preaching like blind fools when an airbag saves them? No. Why? Because they have been brainwashed into believing something that is totally illogical.
• "When people die they turn into angels". Wrong. When you die, your heart stops pumping blood round you, your lungs stop putting oxygen in your blood, your brain is starved of oxygen, the little electric pulses in your brain stop, and your thoughts, consciousness, mind, personality and memories are PERMANENTLY destroyed, never to be revived. And certainly not by means of a floating invisible "ghost/spirit/angel" that flies out of your body when you die. Don't you think that if there had been a soul/spirit/ghost etc. in your body, doctors would have discovered it years ago? But they haven't, because there isn't.
• "My child sees angels." No they don't, they are over imaginative and you have brainwashed them into labeling all unexplained occurrences to be ghosts/angels/supernatural. That's your own fault for destroying your child's world view and thoughts. Well done, moron.
• "I see angels." Get your eyes checked then.
• "I hear voices in my head." Go to a psychiatrist.
• "Angels are the voices in your head that tell you not to do daft things." No, we think these things ourselves. It’s a protective thing that occurs in nature. No sane creature on earth would give up its life without a fight or damn good reason. Are you actually suggesting that we are too stupid to think for ourselves?
These are just some of the common things people say that I have disproved. If you wish to hear my views to a further extent, I'd happily respond to any (sensible) e-mailed questions. If you are against these views just because they are not your own, then please be considerate for those who agree with me, do not give this a thumbs down because it contradicts what you think; it is a detailed answer whether you agree with its content or not.

Everyone has a guardian angel, it's usually a member of the family who has passed on. They guide you and protect you and are constantly there just at your shoulder. Have you ever had the feeling that someone is there and when you turn around there is nothing ? Well that's your guardian angel watching over you.

I've got some angels in my guardian. I put out bowls of bread and milk but they won't let me see them. I'm careful when I'm weeding or mowing in the guardian in case I clip their wings.

I like to think we all have protective spirits around us, and calling them guardian angels is as good as anything else. It's kind of comforting to think of one's deceased mother or father being there in some form or another, particularly when there's a child that they might not have met before passing on.

Next time you escape some incident that might have caused you or your family great harm maybe you should think about why. Like maybe on your way home something tells you to take a different route and then you find out there was a bad accident on your regular route that you would have been in the middle of. Better yet ask some of the folks who were late for work on 9/11 or called in sick. Bet they have an opinion on that.

well never know but id like to believe there are, i read somewhere that we were created in the image of angels and some of them got jealous etc. so maybe when you read a story of some incredible feat like a man rescuing children from a fire or a woman saving someone from a raging river there just doing as an angel would be able to do. be it superhuman strength or immense kindness towards people.

When my grandaughter was about 2, she was outside and started screaming that there were monsters out there. She was so frightened, but wasn't looking in any direction in particular. She was looking all over. When I brought her inside she still was scared, but only when she looked toward the window. It didn't last long, and it never happened again, but I have a cousin that said sometimes children and the very innocent can see angels. If you don't know what they look like, and you are only 2, it could look like monsters. We have a Christian home, and I am always asking God to send angels to protect us, so I believe that what she saw that day were angels. I very much believe in angels.
