i mean as in volunteering, sometimes i want to help but other times i get annoyed at helping, i need some inspirational words that can make me feel better about helping others.

We are all on the Earth together, and our time here is really not very long. Living to be 90 years old is still not all that common.
Anything that we can do, even in the smallest way, to make our time or someone else's time here more pleasant make's the world a better place for everyone.
It really makes me feel good when I am able to help someone else without expecting anything in return.

How about that if you help some one that is down it will come back to you two fold. Or there is the feeling good about ones self Then there is what if you need a helping hand some day would you not like to have some help you..
