Everyone has some good suggestions... good luck with whatever route you choose.

For us, I was charting my basal temperature daily as directed... since you are supposed to do it at the exact same time everyday, I would accidentally miss my time once every few weeks and the Dr said to start the 30day charting cycle all over again - ugh! I was frustrated and felt like I was wasting time.
Anyway... we chose to see a Fertility doc (reproductive endocrinologist...sp?). He said the basal temp method was outdated and not the most accurate way to predict ovulation.
If you & your spouse are actively trying to conceive and not having much luck on your own - I highly recommend a fertility doc. Both my husband and I underwent some testing to determine the obstacle. Whatever you decide... Good Luck!!

If you are not ready to go to a fertility specialist, I would start charting my basal body temp. Fertilityfriend.com has a online course right now that you can take and it explains all of the steps you can take to be aware of your fertility. Good luck!

You should go see a fertility doctor, since no one on Yahoo answers knows your families genetic or health history.

Good Luck... could be all sorts of reasons you aren't getting pregnant, but no home remedy is gonna help.

A doctor is a good start. But you can also start charting that is the first thing that my doctor asked for. She suggests using www.fertilityfriend.com this helps you learn to chart. I like it cause I have learn more there then i have anywhere else.
