Hey faraz a,

We use Starch, Flower, a little salt (kills mold), and water. The recipe is on the starch container.

The best way to do it is to mix white glue and water about 50/50 (experiment with the quantities) and use long thin strips of newspaper soaked in the glue/water mixture. You can also use a mix of water and flour. It is best to have some sort of frame to build upon. A wire mesh frame works well. I seen people use ballons as a frame to make a paper meshi (i spell it mache so i hope we are talking about teh same thing) pinyata.

Water flower and paper. If you want it to stick beter then you can add white glue to the mix

hardtimes missed 1 key ingredient............salt

This preserves the mixture, otherwise it would tend to mold as wet flour produces mold.
