Hello everyone, today my teacher asked me to do a really hard homework and i really need ur help doing it..thanks in advance:D
Q: Atomic number of Mercury ( HG)= 82,it has 4 isotopes.

* the first isotope has 204=( atomic mass )and 1= (percentage abundance)
*the second isotope has 206 =(atomic mass )and 24 = (percentage abudance)
*the third isotope has 207= (atomic mass) and 23 = (percentage abudance)
*the fourth one has 208 =(atomic mass) and 52= ( percentage abudance)

the question is: calculate the RELATIVE ATOMIC MASS (Ar)
oh plz i really need help..plz do ur best and show ur work if possible..thank u

okay well u might want to do it like this
Mass = (%)(mass of 1st isotope) + (%)(mass of 2nd isotope) + so forth
mass = (.01)(204) + (.24)(206) + (.23)(207) + (.52)(208)
mass = 207.25
