We used to spend lots of time together then i made my point clear that i have feelings and then he left now he back and it not the same. there is something about him that i just can't shake and get over..

Since you told him that you have feelings for him, he's probably still in shock. Your friend sees you as a friend- nothing more than that. You could talk to him and hear what he has to say. Make sure that you're honest and tell him to do the same. If he wants more than a friendship with you, take your time and don't rush. If he still wants you to be his friend, that's all you can be. It does hurt but keep in mind that he will always be a part of your life- if you let him. Do what you think is best. I hope this helps. Best of luck.

You may need to have a closer relationship with him, but maybe he doesn't feel the same. Just ask him.

Dont force things or it will never work out. Make yourself available for a (self) respectable amount of time and let him make the move when he is ready. If he doesnt then dont make a fool of yourself by forcing yourself onto him - move on and see what happens then.
