you just need to talk with your husband and tell him that you need to start spending more time with me then with fishing because this can ruin your relationship:my husband was playing basketball every chance he could and not spending anytime with me or our child it started alot of fights and i got tired of it and told him to choose playing basketball all the time or spend time with me so we compromised and he started spending more time with me and our child and only playing basketball 2 days a week instead of playing five days a week

being a husband, I tend to get involved in activities other than my wife when: there is tension between us or she just cannot give me what I need. Meaning, she is occupied by other things and I found a hobby that will occupy me.
We have found that giving a little more to the other will solve the problem.

If he is neglecting you and / or the children then yes, I believe you are right to moan about it. Not here though, moan to him and ask him to give you some quality time.

Its o.k. to moan; but also let him have his fun. We all need to have places and ways of relaxing. Better that he likes to play with the fish in the sea than play with other things (or people).

Yes, he should spend time with you. I will make sure that everyone I know never goes to this website. If he does not have any visitors to his website, he will get bored with it.
