Hon...everything I had was stolen including my car....so music is appreciated whenever i can get it. Though i DO understand. Truth. yes...even my CD player was taken, jewelry, clothes, name it. I am starting over. rather gives new meaning to the term..."Trivial Pursuit" now doesn't it?

Had a record player that only played 78's. Then the 45's came out then the 33 1/3 came out. Then the 8 track, cassette tapes, Cd's, mp's, Ipod. I quit trying to catch up. I have all but the Ipod.

Yes, that is me! But now, I have both! I don't buy tapes anymore, but I need a tape player to play the ones I do have; now I buy only CDS. (Well, tapes are almost non-existent now days).
I also have a VCR and a DVD player. It took me a long time to give into buying DVDs; but now, they don't bring out the new movies on VHS at all; so I really had to I guess. And now that I do buy them, I see a big difference in picture quality and things. But as soon as I get thousands of DVDs, they'll bring out something new and fade out the DVDs; knowing my luck! lol

whats an ipod - i have a cell phone i do not use - i have a hard time downloading music on the computer - times were much easier when we could just place a record on the player and drop the needle. But isn't it fun now with all the gadgets to keep us interested. Glad for progress.

YES and I still have a dang tape player and I hate it.
I still have a VCR. But it's my Roommates. I only use my DVD player.
My car stereo is still a tape player and it's broken.
My closet is filled with old clothes from my roommates parents to wear.
